All-American Classics Cooking Class & Wine Pairing

From the first sip of the delectable Ariston Champagne upon arrival, we all knew this would be a special night. Thanks to First Class Cooking for hosting our first hands-on cooking class and wine-pairing event. The evening featured uncomplicated, yet gourmet recipes, with attendees making everything from scratch using top-quality, local, and in-season ingredients.

Each of the ‘All-American Classics’ courses were paired with the perfect wine, as great cooking deserves great wine! Everything was delicious, but the spiced pork tenderloin paired with the Oregon Pinot Noir was simply off the charts!
