The Magic
If you’ve ever been to Spain or Portugal, you know all about the magical feeling that washes over you as you enter their shores. The people, food, culture, nightlife, beaches and WINE of these two countries that comprise the Iberian peninsula are unrivaled.

The Dramatic Setting
We are thrilled to bring the Uncorked community to the historic, beautiful and sexy Bimbo’s 365 Club (est. 1931), providing the perfect backdrop for these wines of distinct history and quality. This stunning venue is conveniently located in North Beach - a perfect end to a days work with over 100 of the best wines from Spain and Portugal.



The Wine
On the Spanish front, you will taste the hearty reds of the Priorat and Ribera del Duero, the classics from Rioja, bubbly from Penedès , as well as wines from up and coming regions like Jumilla, Toro, Rías Baixas and La Mancha. You will taste lots of Tempranillo, Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Albariño, Cava, Viura and many more.

When it comes to Portugal, you all have likely had their port - and you will try many on this evening. What you may be less familiar with are their great non-dessert wines how about a little Alentejo or Bairrada, or perhaps a little Vinho Verde? Come experience some of these little known gems that are often in the shadow of this Port empire.



The Extras
A wide array of artisanal Spanish cheeses, olives and cured meats from A.G. Ferrari will perfectly complement the wines, while DJ Sol will be spinning flamenco-inspired grooves on the city’s most prolific and storied stages.

The Bottom Line
When a wine is extraordinary, Spaniards say “Beber este vino es como hablar con Dios” or “Tasting this wine is like talking with God”. You may just might concur by night’s end.
