Wine & Cheese Pairing Seminar
If you missed the first Wine & Cheese seminar, you’re in luck. Join us at our second round of pairing where we’ll re-visit the pairings that we found most successful and delicious. Former Wine Spectator educator Gwendolyn Wilson will once again lead this seminar, limited to just 25 people. We’ll have our perfect matches, like port with stilton and champagne with triple-cream, plus a few other different pairings, where you’ll discover new and different cheeses, new and different wines, as well as what it takes to put them together to create a match made in heaven.

After this evening, you’ll always throw the perfect cocktail party - and impress your friends with your pairing knowledge. And while we’ll have a focus on cheese, the wines are all guaranteed to be delicious - handpicked to perfectly pair with each cheese, as well as simply wine we love and want you to know about! You will sample 6 world-class cheeses and 6 extraordinary and perfectly matched wines from around the globe including:
