Wine & Cheese Pairing Seminar

Wine & Cheese: the two fermented products that we love to pair. From soft and creamy to stinky and crumbly, cheese has as many different facades as our beloved beverage, wine. Join us as we explore pairing the two. We’ll have the basics, like port with stilton and champagne with brie, plus a few other different pairings, where you’ll discover new and different cheeses, new and different wines, as well as what it takes to put them together to create a match made in heaven.


After this evening, you’ll always throw the perfect cocktail party…and impress your friends with your pairing knowledge. And while we’ll have a focus on cheese, the wines are all guaranteed to be delicious - handpicked to perfectly pair with each cheese, as well as simply wine we love and want you to know about! You will sample 7 world-class cheeses and 7 extraordinary and perfectly matched wines from around the globe including:

Champagne + Fromager d’Affinois
Sauvignon Blanc + Laura Chenel Goat Cheese
Pinot Gris + Livarot
Spanish Red + Idiazabal (sibling to Manchego)

This month’s event takes us to the beautiful new home of our wine seminars - Circa. The former space housing Cozmo’s Corner Grill has been transformed into an oasis of upscale comfort food in a very chic lounge environment. Our trusty food and wine expert and former Wine Spectator educator Gwendolyn Wilson will ensure you learn a lot and most importantly - have an extraordinarily memorable and fun evening.
