Wine & Chocolate Seminar

Wine and Chocolate: a decadent and delicious combination when paired correctly. Former Wine Spectator star educator Gwendolyn Wilson will take you through a range of gourmet chocolates from the San Francisco Chocolate Company. You will learn about and taste a wide variety of cocoa levels, while matching them with their ideal wines. See how the level of sweetness in a chocolate plays off the flavors in the wine, and discover what kind of wines are best with milk chocolate vs. dark chocolate.

We will introduce you to the perfect chocolate match for the following wines: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Port. Not only will we show you some of our favorite pairings, but we’ll let you experiement to come up with your ideal match.
